Subjective: Friendly – approaches for petting, explores the table, allows all handling Objective BCS 5/9, MMs pink and moist EENT: Eyes clear, ears clean, no nasal discharge noted Oral Exam: Mild tartar and gingivitis PLN: No enlargements noted H/L: NSR, NMA, Lungs clear, eupnic ABD: Non painful, no masses palpated U/G: Male intact, testicles soft and symmetrical. MSI: Ambulatory x 4, skin free of parasites, no masses noted, healthy hair coat CNS: mentation appropriate – no signs of neurologic abnormalities Assessment: Mild dental disease in an otherwise healthy cat Plan 1.
