Subjective: Cat is BARH
Observed Behavior – at back of feral den, allows to be pulled out, but as soon as out cat escapes, hissing; able to catch in feral den; sedated with 0.1cc Telazol IM, which provided adequate sedation for exam and treatments

EENT: Eyes mild-moderate chemosis OU, ears clean, Roman nose with bilateral serosanguinous discharge
Oral Exam: Deciduous canines broken, adult canines coming in
PLN: No enlargements noted
H/L: NSR, NMA, CRT < 2, Lungs clear, eupnic
ABD: Non painful, no masses palpated
U/G: female
MSI: Ambulatory x 4, skin free of parasites, no masses noted, healthy hair coat
CNS: Mentation appropriate – no signs of neurologic abnormalities
Rectal: not performed
Assessment: URI, suspect Roman nose is secondary rhinitis
Prognosis:
Fair-Good; will most likely have chronic rhinitis
Plan: Move to ISO. Start on Doxycycline 50mg/mL – 0.5mLs PO q24h x 10d. Recheck day 7 and 10.
