Coco Puff was brought in to our care center as a stray so previous history is unknown.

Coco Puff is sitting upright in front of her kennel as the assessor approaches, ears forward and body relaxed.
Reaction when softly spoken to:
Coco Puff makes eye contact with soft eyes when spoken to.
Reaction to cage door opening:
Coco Puff remains calm and stands up to greet the assessor as the cage door opens, tail raised half way and shaped like a question mark.
Reaction to touch:
Coco Puff allows petting along her head and body while leaning in. She continues to make eye contact and raises her tail.
Reaction to being picked up:
Coco Puff remains calm and allows the assessor to pick her up and hold her. She turns around to head-butt the assessor’s hand when placed back inside of her kennel.

History : stray intake 3/18-started on LRS, clavamox, and simbadol but DVM intake exam did not save.
Subjective: QAR, ~5% dehydrated. Eating well Normal U in box. Seems dysphoric from simbadol. Reported to have cheek swelling but none noted today. No csvd but has ocular d/c.
Observed Behavior – very sweet. Easily handleable. Did well for all medical handling and procedures

ABD: Non painful, no masses palpated
U/G: FS (spay scar noted ventrum), no MGTs, no vulvar d/c

CNS: mentation appropriate – no signs of neurologic abnormalities
