History : stray intake 11/21-diarrhea. Parvo negative.
Subjective: BARH and vocal. Eats well once she is encouraged to eat. Diarrhea in cage. No c/v/s.

Oral Exam: kitten dentition, no oral lesions noted
PLN: No enlargements noted
H/L: NSR, NMA, CRT < 2, Lungs clear, eupneic
ABD: Non painful, no masses palpated, distended
U/G: MI
MSI: Ambulatory x 4, skin free of parasites, no masses noted, diarrhea covered hair coat
CNS: mentation appropriate – no signs of neurologic abnormalities

Plan: Continue to monitor while at BACC
Start metronidazole 15mg/kg PO BID x5d until 11/27
Recheck diarrhea 11/27
