Brooklyn Center
Hello, my name is Cloudy. My animal id is #10053. I am a desexed male white cat at the Brooklyn Animal Care Center. The shelter thinks I am about 4 years old. – P
I came into the shelter as a stray on 18-Oct-2017.
Cloudy 10053 is at risk for concerns about possible hepatic lipidosis. She will likely need additional diagnostics and treatment. Please see the veterinary notes for further details and clarification. Behaviorally, we are unsure of Cloudy’s behavior in her previous home and have not yet conducted an in-shelter behavior assessment. However, she has allowed touch and handling thus far in the care center and has allowed veterinary exams and treatment with little restraint.

Doing well on mirtazapine, eating dry food well overnight and today. P: continue to monitor, if condition declines recommend abdominal ultrasound. If doing well recommend repeat Chem in 7-10 days to check liver values.
