P: Recommend rescue placement ASAP, will inform NH to send plea and give deadline of 4:30pm 5/17/16

Gave 0.5cc PPG SQ
Gave 0.24cc buprenorphine IM
PROGNOSIS:
Fair – will need mid-femur amputation LH
