Medical Summary Hx: Adopter reports cat has ocular and nasal discharge and is drinking but not eating much if anything S/O: Cat is Q/BAR BCS 5/9 T-102.1, P-200, R-50/sniff No obvious ocular or nasal discharge No sneezing noted Heart/lungs auscult wnl Abdomen soft, non-painful Coat well kempt Offered shrimp treat, a/d, tuna fish, and baby food – sniffs but not interested A: Anorexia/Inappetence P: Gave ~100mLs SQ LRS and 0.4mLs Cerenia SQ; sent cat with tray of mixed food Adopter to monitor appetite in next 24hrs and let us know if cat does not start eating; if she develops URI signs in next few weeks he may bring her back and we will dispense doxycycline
