CHIMI has a URI and dental issues which need attention. She is sweet and friendly and would love to be back in a home where she can get some TLC and follow up care.

PLN: No enlargements noted
H/L: eupnic, purring but no obvious murmurs/arrhythmias
ABD: soft, nonpainful, doughy, no palpable abnormalities
U/G: female
MSI:
-ambulatory x 4
-moderate to severe muscle wasting
-unthrifty hair coat, matting over dorsum
CNS: Mentation appropriate – no signs of neurologic abnormalities
Rectal:grossly normal

-CBC/chem/T4

-placed in med iso, monitor URI, suspect viral but recommend adding doxycycline if mucoid discharge noted or signs not resolving
