***SAFE 05/24/16*** SECOND CHANCE!! Is BEGGING okay? Because, if so, please consider this blurb a flat-out begging, pleading appeal for a foster/adopter to save CHECKERS, tonight! This DECLAWED 16-year-old girl was taken to the shelter with her best friend, Tara, when their former owner passed away. The ACC has already brutally KILLED Tara and it’s, frankly, shocking that Checkers has gotten another chance. This gentle girl was tolerant of a large dog, according to her shelter notes, has lived successfully with other cats, and generally just comes across as a total MUSH! Please do NOT let this GOOD GIRL be killed, with no sedation, by the ACC staff tomorrow. Find a foster/adopter to save her life, tonight!
