Medical Summary Sex: Male intact Scan: Negative Estimated age: 5 months per previous owner Fleas: No flea dirt. S: Immediately came to the front of the cage when I walked over to him, but then hissed and began pacing. Allowed full exam and vx, with intermittent hissing but no attempts to bite or scratch. O: BAR-H, BCS 5/9, MMs pink and moist EENT: No discharge OU, AU, nose. Clean teeth. PLNs: Not enlarged. H/L: NSR, NMA. Eupnic, quiet lung sounds. Abd: Soft, no pain on palpation, no masses palpated M/S/I: Amb x4. Beautiful fur coat. UG: Male intact, testicles soft and symmetrical. A: Apparently healthy young male cat Short-term prognosis: Excellent P: Gave Activyl 2-9# and pyrantel 0.9 ml PO during exam 1088
