SAFE 8/3/16 Sweet loving Siamese couple Dottie and Charlie are ready for a new home @MACC
A volunteer wrote: Think of those endearing, tender stories of older couples who have been together for so long that they seem as one. My yin to your yang, my peaches to your cream, the kind that finish each other’s sentence, or don’t even need to speak words at all to communicate their bond. That’s what Charlie is like with Dottie. He – a handsome older gent, dark exotic coloring, her, a feminine blue-eyed lady the color of apricot sherbet. They lived together before, and are reunited. Separate, they sense the absence of the other and know they are missing their “other half.” I spent 40 minutes with them, both purring away contentedly, relaxed, calm, cuddly, THE ENTIRE TIME!! For half the time, Dottie was languishing on top of Charlie, with her arms actually around him and grooming him. Then they switched, with Dottie perfectly at peace having Charlie curled up on top of her. Like an Oreo cookie, like peanut butter & jelly…they just go together. If you want mellow, sweet, loving cats, these two together could be the ticket.
