Medical Summary 04/13/17 12:12 Came with litter of 4 kittens, all look to have intention tremors consistent with cerebellar hypoplasia All nursed well Did not come with mom Suspect about 3 weeks old Scan negative BAR Clear OU/AU, nndc OP teeth starting to grow in, normal gums PLN wnl H/L reg, no obvious murmur, ssp lungs clear/eupenic, no coughing/sneezing ABD snp Integ wnl, no ectoparasites noted BCS 4/9 UG m/i, only male of litter Neuro intention tremors-mild, can still get around, otherwise wnl A:Intention tremors/cerebellar hypoplasia Underage P:Needs foster and bottle feeding Was derwormed No other now Vaccinate when 6 weeks old Fair prognosis, can live well with cerebellar hypoplasia but needs to be appropriate owner, one with experience
