Observed Behavior – Initially ok, but started to hiss/growl and needed to be netted.

Sitting upright, calm and relaxed. Looking around with almond-shaped eyes. Sniffs hand and is hesitant of contact, but allows petting and watches my hand, tense. Grumbles slightly and seems unsure. Eats treats when offered but still seems wary. Needs more time.Â

Celestial wakes and meows softly before stretching and approaching the front. She sits upright and sniffs the assessor through the cage door.

Celestial accepts petting and leans in for head rubs. She looks around at her surroundings, but continues to rub against the assessor and her body remains soft.
