Hx: Pt was in Adoptions at the same time as another cat (17227) who was ultimately diagnosed with panleukopenia. This pt has a low panleukopenia titer indicating no protection from this disease. Due to this, this pt needs to be monitored for 14 days to ensure that she does not develop panleukopenia. Pt had serous ocular discharge at intake, as well as a vaginal mass. S: Quiet in kennel O: Mild serous ocular discharge. A: Mild URI, likely viral cause P: Move to panleuk isolation area for 14 days. No need for antibiotics at this point due to likely viral cause, but monitor for progression. 1088
