Carrots A1123868, 4 Weeks Old, Gray Tabby DSH, Female, 0.9 lbs, Stray 08/31/17

I came in with Group/Litter #K17-109755.

Medical::

08/31/17:

Scanned negative

BARH

intact female

Eyes, ear and nose-clear

Teeth- deciduous teeth

Flea dirt and fleas seen

Dirty coat

Eating on own

NOSF

 

09/01/17:

DVM Intake Exam

Estimated age: ~1month, female

Microchip noted on Intake?  No

History :  Stray

Subjective:

Observed Behavior – BAR, allows all handling, eating well

Evidence of Cruelty seen – No

Evidence of Trauma seen – No

Objective

P =        WNL                   R =          WNL                     BCS 5/9

EENT:  Eyes clear, ears clean, no nasal discharge noted

Oral Exam:  Pink mm, teeth erupting normally, no oral ulcers

PLN:  No enlargements noted

H/L:  NSR, NMA, CRT < 2,    Lungs clear, eupnic

ABD:  Non painful, no masses palpated

U/G:  female

MSI:  Ambulatory x 4, skin free of parasites, no masses noted, healthy hair coat, pink stain on abdomen

CNS:  mentation appropriate – no signs of neurologic abnormalities

Assessment: Underweight, underage, fleas

Plan: Continue to monitor while at BACC

Prognosis: Good

SURGERY: Temporary waiver due to age

Peas 8203 aka A1123869, 4 Weeks Old, Brown Tabby DSH, Male, 0.9 lbs, Intake Type Intake Date, I came in with Group/Litter #K17-109755.
