Medical Summary 10/4/16 Check ill kitten Microchip scan neg. O: BARH. mm=pink, moist, CRT<2 s. Very active, friendly, easy to handle. EENT: Severe mucoid sicharge, crusting, mod chemosis. Mod. congestion, nasal crusting. H/L: Lungs clear. ABD/UG: Female. Palpation WNL. Integ: Clean haircoat. A: URI, Conjunctivitis. P: Cleaned eyes and nose. Applied TAB OU, Doxycycline 0.1 ml PO given. Continue Doxycycline 0.1 ml PO q 24 hours x 10 days. Terramycin OU BID x 10 days. Offered canned kitten food. Good prognosis.
