SAFE 6/7/18 Sweet & Friendly Carnegie – *6 MONTH RABIES QUARANTINE NEEDED* 10 month old Kitten! Carnegie came to us as a stray and has bites of unknown origin. Carnegie requires a 6 month in-home isolation with vet visits for the first 4 months and phone calls thereafter (STIPULATIONS BY DOH HAVE NOT BEEN CONFIRMED YET) . If leaving the 5 boroughs, quarantine MUST be approved by the receiving city or township DOH. Please note, the 5 boroughs are easier for in home quarantine.Carnegie is a sweet boy that requires a 6 month quarantine due to a bite of unknown origin. He has been tested and negative for Felv/FIV.

U/G: MI, 2 descended testicles
MSI: Ambulatory x 4, skin free of parasites, no masses noted, approx 1 cm wound at right lateral thigh with purulent and bloody discharge
CNS: Mentation appropriate – no signs of neurologic abnormalities
