H/L: NSR, NMA, CRT < 2, Lungs clear, eupnic
ABD: Tense but nonpainful, no masses palpated
U/G: F
MSI: Ambulatory x 4, skin free of parasites, no masses noted, healthy hair coat
CNS: mentation appropriate – no signs of neurologic abnormalities
Rectal: NE
Assessment
Ear tipped, no microchip
Corneal scar
Otherwise apparently healthy
Prognosis: Good
SURGERY: Ear tipped, likely spayed. If no tattoo seen, healthy for surgery
