I came in with Group/Litter #K17-106151.
Microchip: neg
Sex: male
Age- 4 weeks
Mentation: bar, friendly and allowed handling
Eyes: closed eyes due to severe mucopurolent ocular d/c, severe inflamed eyes- possible conjunctivis
Ears: clean
Nose: clear
Teeth: all baby teeth erupted, eating own food
BCS: 3/9, body moderayed dehydrated, underweight
Skin: wnl but flea dirt seen
Hair Coat: dull and flea dirt seen in hair coat
Behavior: friendly, allowed handling
Medication: eyes have been washed and erythromycin ointment applied in both eyes
