EENT: Eyes clear, mild epiphora, ears clean, mucoid nasal discharge noted
Oral Exam: pink mm, teeth erupting normally, no oral ulcers
PLN: No enlargements noted
H/L: NSR, NMA, CRT < 2, Lungs clear, eupnic
ABD: Non painful, no masses palpated
U/G: Female
MSI: Ambulatory x 4, skin free of parasites, no masses noted, healthy hair coat
CNS: mentation appropriate – no signs of neurologic abnormalities
Assessment: URI, underweight
Plan: Continue to monitor while at BACC. Rec doxycycline 0.2ml PO q24 x 10 days. first dose given
Prognosis: Good
