Safe - 9-23-2016 Brooklyn Rescue: Staten Island Hope Please honor your pledges: http://www.statenislandhoperescue.org/
***SAFE 09/23/16*** TWO TINY FRIENDLY KITTENS ARE BEING SENT TO THEIR DEATH BECAUSE OF FELV!!! BUTTER WAS EXPOSED TO BEAN WHO TESTED POSITIVE FOR FELV! These 2 siblings are only 7 weeks old. FELV tests can certainly test negative in the future, however, because right now the ACC had a positive test result, they are going to kill these 7 week old kittens at noon tomorrow. FELV cats can live alone or with other FELV cats or with dogs. If you don’t have any other cats and can foster these two cuties, the rescue will pay vetting and you can give the TLC and love! BUTTER and BEAN certainly deserve a chance to grow up and have happy lives, no matter what they test – but they need YOU to help them tonight. Please contact a rescue now to pull these babies to safety.
