MSI: Ambulatory x 4, skin free of parasites, no masses noted, healthy hair coat
CNS: Mentation appropriate – no signs of neurologic abnormalities
Rectal: externally normal
Assessment: Mild URI (viral), Ear Mites, Otherwise Suspected healthy
Prognosis: Excellent
Plan – Complete intake treatments
– Move to Isolation – 0.3ml SQ Vit B once only and Fortiflora SID for 3 days, Nebulize SID for 3 days
– Ear Mites – 0.04 ml SQ Ivermectin twice two weeks apart
– Tresaderm SID for 14 days
