**SAFE 06/26/16** BUGSY is an AVERAGE-rated mellow fellow who was purchased as a kitten, from a pet store, 2 years ago. His former owner decided to move somewhere cats aren’t welcome, and returns 2 years after the fact are probably no bueno at the pet store….so BUGSY’s person just chucked him into the ACC system and kept on rolling. Easy come, easy go, they may have thought, but to BUGSY the issue is not quite that frivolous. This EXCELLENT boy will be killed tomorrow, unless a foster/adopter steps up for him tonight!
