SAFE 1/16/16 A volunteer writes: This big guy is a treasure, meowing for you to spend some time with him, loving the attention, enjoying your head rubs. Once you stop he will meow for more. Brook is energetic, scratching his scratcher with enthusiasm. He won’t let you pass him by, making lots of noise. But he is worth stopping by and seeing what a wonderful fellow he is.
Another volunteer writes: I couldn’t help but notice Brook this morning, because he stood right at the door of his kennel and called out in a funny, squeaky kind of meow, until I finally went over to see him. I think he might have been hungry, because he is, after all, a big, strapping fellow, a healthy and hearty type of guy. But after eating his breakfast, Brook obliged me by sitting down to let me pet him. Maybe that’s why he was squeaking at me. He’s an affectionate boy who I can easily imagine settling in with a new family. He’s handsome, too, a big orange tabby with big swirls on his sides, white paws and a cute little pink nose.
