Medical Summary Scanned negative QARH – hides at back of cage, then lunges forward, tries to flee, tries to scratch. Gave orange rating due to behavior when tried to clean ears – necessitating sedation of 0.15ml Telazol. N~ 6 years Ears – heavy ear mite infestation. Cleaned and 0.14ml Ivermectin given SQ Eyes, nose, throat clear Teeth – early signs of dental disease – mild to moderate tarter, gingivitis; teeth stained, grooved. Coat clean – no flea dirt or parasites found. Nails long – trimmed Ambx4 NOSF
