Evidence of Trauma seen – None

EENT: Eyes clear, ears clean, no nasal discharge noted
Oral Exam: NAD
PLN: No enlargements noted
H/L: NSR, NMA, CRT < 2, Lungs clear, eupnic
ABD: Non painful, no masses palpated, sl bloated/wormy
U/G: Female Entire
MSI: Ambulatory x 4, fleat dirt noted no live fleas, no masses noted, healthy hair coat
CNS: mentation appropriate – no signs of neurologic abnormalities
Rectal: Not performed
Assessment – Kitten appears to be in good health, flea dirt treated with Frontline
Plan – Intake
Prognosis: Excellent
SURGERY: Temp wave sx due to under-weight
