S: Head-butts my hand and allows handing, but tries to run away and is nervous during the exam O: BAR-H, BCS 5/9, MMs pink and moist EENT: No discharge OU, AU, nose. Missing most teeth. The remaining teeth are some maxillary and mandibular incisors, and the right mandibular canine tooth. PLNs: Not enlarged. H/L: NSR, NMA. Eupnic, quiet lung sounds. Abd: Soft, no pain on palpation, no masses palpated M/S/I: Amb x4. No skin lesions noted. UG: Female A: Dental disease – most teeth missing (extracted vs. fell out) Short-term prognosis: Excellent P: Administered Activyl for cats 2-9 lbs and pyrantel 0.7 ml PO during exam 1088
