***SAFE 09/15/16*** 9 WEEK OLD BRADIE NEEDS TO SEE A VET BUT THE ACC WILL KILL HIM BEFORE HE HAS A CHANCE!! BRADIE was brought into the shelter as a stray and he was dragging his right front limb. The shelter says he has no fractures and is quick to call for amputation but then backs off and says well maybe it can wait til he is older to see if his leg movement improves!! How dare they make rash decisions when they can’t even tell a male from a female half the time!! BRADIE is a cutie pie and allowed all handling and poking and prodding despite his condition. He wasn’t even worth the ACC’s time in giving him a behavior eval. BRADIE needs a foster or adopter to take him home and get him the treatment he needs. IF YOU CAN FOSTER OR ADOPT HURRY AND EMAIL [email protected] FOR RESCUE CONTACT INFO. BRADIE’S FUTURE DEPENDS ON YOU AND YOU ONLY HAVE UNTIL NOON TO CHANGE THAT FOR HIM!!

09/09/2016 PET PROFILE MEMO
09/09/16 13:54 Bradie A1089128 is a 2month old male white & black DSH kitten who was spotted being hit by a car and running off earlier today in the Bronx near the finder’s home. They stated they went in his direction in hopes of finding him, they did, picked him up which they stated he didn’t seem to mind and brought him here to the BXAC. During intake it was noticed Bradie’s right front leg could be broken/fractured or sprained as he can’t put any weight on it and it drags behind him. Bradie allowed all handling. He allowed to be collared and taken pictures of. He will hiss a little here and there but no actions will follow that tiny hiss. Bradie didn’t seem to mind being picked up/held and was placed into a kennel with ease.
