Bootsie is a 15 year old unaltered female Brown tabby and white DSH. She came to her home 8 years ago after her orginial owner passed away. Bootsie was surrendered due to her family moving out of state.

Behavior Notes
Bootsie is very timid and does not like to be brushed or held. Bootsie goes into the carrier slowly if food is in the carrier.

Boostie is Shy, mellow, and fearful and likes to stay hidden. She is kept indoors and is fed dry or wet food of the nine lives and Friskies. Bootsie is litter-box trained with an uncovered box and fresh step litter.
Behavior Notes:
Upon intake Bootsie was very timid and was shaking when the couselor opened the carrier door.

It is the policy of ACC not to perform surgery on any animal over the age of 8-10 years due to the higher risks incurred in a shelter setting and is hereby issuing a permanent spay/neuter waiver. ACC does recommend you spay or neuter your newly adopted animal at your regular veterinarian.

H/L: NSR, NMA, CRT < 2, Lungs clear, eupneic
ABD: Non painful, no masses palpated
U/G: FI (did not shave), no MGTs, no vulvar d/c
MSI: Ambulatory x 4, skin free of parasites, no masses noted, healthy hair coat, ingrown toenail RFL
CNS: mentation appropriate – no signs of neurologic abnormalities
