Observed Behavior – very sweet until medically handled then starts growling. Tried to bite tongue depressor when attempted to feed

EENT: Purulent d/c ou, ears clean, no nasal discharge noted
Oral Exam: kitten dentition, no oral ulcers noted
PLN: No enlargements noted
H/L: NSR, NMA, CRT < 2, Lungs clear, eupneic
ABD: Non painful, no masses palpated
U/G: FI
MSI: Ambulatory x 4, skin free of parasites, no masses noted, emaciated, unkempt haircoat
CNS: mentation appropriate – no signs of neurologic abnormalities

Conjunctivitis ou
Plan: Continue to monitor while at BACC
Erythromycin OU BID x10 d
Recheck daily
Prognosis: Fair
SURGERY: temporary waiver for surgery due to underage/illness
