* SAFE* 02/19/16 NEEDS PLACEMENT BY 6:30PM TODAY!!
Little sweet boy Biscayne came into the shelter as a stray with a large abscess on the neck and needs immediate vet care for further diagnosis and care.
Due to the abscess being very swollen our DVM is not able to access if it is due to a bite. Due to the circumstance Biscayne will need to be under a 6month DOH observation period in home.
