Ben 10 was brought in as a stray, so we cannot speak to him behavior in him previous home. Reaction to assessor: Ben 10 was lying down on his blanket at the front of the kennel. Reaction when softly spoken to: Ben 10 howls loudly then stretches his body out the reaches out with paws. Reaction to cage door opening: Ben 10 is eager to get out the kennel and explore. Reaction to touch: Ben 10 walks out the kennel and quickly moves around trying to explore. He allows petting along his body, his tail is raised and he doesn’t seem too interested in interacting with the assessor. He relaxes a bit then leans in when the assessor starts rubbing him on his cheeks. Reaction to being picked up: Ben 10 is a bit tense when held, looks around then gets antsy and leaps away. Behavior Determination: Average Ben 10 interacts with the observer, appreciates attention, is easy to handle and tolerates all petting. This cat is showing behavior appropriate for new or experienced cat parents.
