BAR-H, MMs pink and moist, BCS 5/9
EENT: Mild serous nasal discharge. Eyes clear, ears clean, no ocular discharge noted
Oral Exam: Moderate tartar and gingivitis on PMs
PLN: No enlargements noted
H/L: NSR, NMA, CRT < 2, Lungs clear, eupnic
ABD: Non painful, no masses palpated
U/G: Female, small spay scar visible on ventrum
MSI: Ambulatory x 4, skin free of parasites, no masses noted, healthy hair coat
CNS: Mentation appropriate – no signs of neurologic abnormalities
Rectal: Normal externally
Assessment: Mild URI signs – likely viral
Prognosis: Good
Plan: Move to isolation, no tx at this time – recheck in 3 days and move out of isolation if URI is resolved.
