*** SAFE 10/25/16 *** 3 OUT OF 4 VOLUNTEERS SAY RESCUE BEATRICE!!….3 YEAR OLD VOLUNTEER FAVE!!! A volunteer writes: This gorgeous Siamese-looking mix will melt even the hardest of hearts, and keep you coming back for more. When I stopped by to say hi, I realized she needed a new beddy. So, off I went to find this delightful little darling some new soft fluffiness. Well, that was it, head butts, happy flop overs, and upside down eye winks! I was smitten and you will be too. Friendly, and snuggly, velvety soft with the most soothing pale green eyes, there’s no telling what this little lady is capable of! Hollywood, her own talk show, a new feline fashion line! Scrumptiousness never looked so good. And if you happen to want a double dose of delectable, you might want to adopt her sister Hero as well. Both Beatrice and Hero are at Manhattan ACC.
Another volunteer writes: I saw Beatrice curled up in her condo in the cat room. Almost as if she felt me looking at her, she lifted up and shook her head (in that cute way cats have) and looked right back at me. What choice did I have but to go say hello? She was very friendly and affectionate, giving me lots of head butts and purrs. She was brought in with her sister, Hero A1093140, with whom she loved to cuddle and play with, according to her previous owner. Her previous owner also said she was very friendly and outgoing with strangers, that’s a yes. She lived with two young children and was very gentle with them. She also lived with a bunny for a few weeks that she mostly left alone, but occasionally would play with gently. She wasn’t too crazy about a medium sized dog that came to visit sometimes, but, a girl’s entitled. Beatrice seems like she would do great in many households. Come to the Manhattan Care Center to meet her today!
Another volunteer writes: Okay, I can’t resist jumping on the Beatrice bandwagon here and adding my two cents about what a super soft and sweet fur ball she is. This supermodel-gorgeous girl gets along with everyone: adults, young kids, other cats (up until recently she spent her days cuddled up with her sister cat, Hero, A1093140), and even the resident bunny in her former household. She’s been a total miss manners since arriving at the Care Center. Sometimes she’s a bit shy and hesitant, but she’s always alert and looking for a reason to connect with the visitors and volunteers who have taken a shine to her. Beatrice has brains, poise, and outsized charm-now all she (and Hero) need is a real forever home….WHAT MORE CAN WE SAY?? APPLY TO FOSTER OR ADOPT BEATRICE NOW!!
