Oral Exam: Moderate tartar, no gingivitis
PLN: No enlargements noted
H/L: NSR, NMA Lungs clear, eupnic
ABD: Soft, non painful, no masses palpated
U/G: Female, small nipples and vulva
MSI: Ambulatory x 4, skin free of parasites, no masses noted, healthy hair coat
CNS: Mentation appropriate – no signs of neurologic abnormalities
Rectal: Normal externally
Assessment:
1. Slightly overweight
2. Dental disease
Prognosis: Good
Plan:
1. Recommend daily tooth brushing and regular dental cleanings
2. Recommend weight loss of approx 1 lb
