History: Intake 3/2
3/3 started on erythromycin for conjunctivitis
Subjective: BARH. No csvd. Very nervous and hiding in the litter box with blepharospasm. URI signs worse today-now has nasal d/c as well as ocular d/c. A HM was also ausculted today so will be waived from surgery.
Subjective:
ORAL: adult dentition, no oral lesions
EENT: Pink mm, eyes have mucoid d/c and blepharospasm, mild serous nasal discharge, ears wnl
HL: NGrade 2/6 HM, RR, Lungs C&E
ABD: SNP, NMP
INTEG: GHC, no ectos noted
MS: Ambulatory x 4
UG: MI, 2 testicles descended
NEURO: A&A

CNS: Mentation appropriate – no signs of neurologic abnormalities
