H/L: NSR, NMA, CRT < 2, Lungs clear, eupnic

CNS: Mentation appropriate – no signs of neurologic abnormalities
Assessment apparently healthy from limited exam
Prognosis :good from findings on limited exam
Plan: rec full exam when sedated for spay
SURGERY: Okay for surgery
Behavior Notes: Resting in middle of cage, facing front, tense posture, eyes dilated. Started hissing, growling, and lip licking when door opened. Shifted slowly backwards to avoid touch, still vocalizing. Quieted after door closed, returned slow blink. Ate treats once left alone. Sprayed feliway
