She’s dehydrated, has mild anemia and a URI, and is underweight. She’s allowed all handling while at the Brooklyn Care Center, but would benefit from placement ASAP.

CBC-mild anemia 29.6 (30.3-52.3), severe leukocytosis 32/11 (2.87-17.02), severe neutrophilia 27.2 (1.48-10.29) with bands, eosinopenia 0.04 (0.17-1.57), thrombocytopenia 97 (151-600)
Chem-elevated BUN 49 (16-36) with normal creatinine, mild hyperglobulinemia 5.9 (2.8-5.1), mildly elevated GGT 5 (0-4), mild elevation cholesterol 295 (65-225)
Subjective: QAR, ~8% dehydrated. Interested in food but not eating well on her own. No cvd but is congested and sneezing. Normal u in litter box.

ABD: Non painful, no masses palpated
U/G: FI , no MGTs, no vulvar d/c
MSI: Ambulatory x 4, skin free of parasites, no masses noted, healthy hair coat
CNS: Mentation appropriate – no signs of neurologic abnormalities

Place IVC and start IVF @ 150ml/kg/day
