Oral Exam: kitten dentition, no oral lesions noted
PLN: No enlargements noted
H/L: NSR, NMA, CRT < 2, Lungs clear, eupneic with audible upper resp congestion
ABD: Non painful, no masses palpated
U/G: FI, no MGTs, no vulvar d/c
MSI: Ambulatory x 4, skin free of parasites, no masses noted, healthy hair coat
CNS: mentation appropriate – no signs of neurologic abnormalities

URI with conjunctivitis
Dehydrated
Plan: Continue to monitor while at BACC
Move to medical for monitoring
Recheck daily
Start doxycycline 10mg/kg PO SID x10d until 11/7
Clean eyes
Start erythromycin OU BID x10d until 11/7
SQ LRS 10ml SID x3d
Nutrical on gums BID
Prognosis: Fair to poor
SURGERY: temporary waiver for surgery due to underage and illness
