Subjective: BARH. Sweet and friendly, well behaved

Observed Behavior –

Evidence of Cruelty seen – n

Evidence of Trauma seen – n

EENT: Eyes clear, ears clean, no nasal or ocular discharge noted
Oral Exam: neg oral
PLN: No enlargements noted
H/L: NSR, NMA, CRT < 2, Lungs clear, eupnic
ABD: Non painful, no masses palpated. Distended abdomen
U/G: FI
MSI: Ambulatory x 4, no ectoparasites seen, no masses noted, healthy hair coat
CNS: Mentation appropriate – no signs of neurologic abnormalities
Rectal: normal externally

Assessment:
Female intact
Distended abdomen
otherwise, apparently healthy

Prognosis: excellent

Plan:
ctm until transfer/adoption

SURGERY:

Temporary waiver due to underweight
