Someone on the payroll over at Brooklyn Center is going to be killing ALLEY, ALEX, APPLE, ABE and ASH tomorrow right around lunch, then going home and enjoying their weekend WITHOUT A CARE IN THE WORLD. Oh, and while they’ve got the needle of death loaded, they’re also going to kill AMBOY, the mama cat, whose eyes will most CERTAINLY be open, drinking in the horror she will be unable to stop. WHO CAN STOP THIS MADNESS? HAVE YOU LOOKED IN A MIRROR LATELY? Reaction to assessor: Amboy does not come to front but remains neutral When spoken quietly: Amboy does not come to front but remains neutral Reaction to door cage opening: Amboy becomes stiff, alert Reaction to touch: Amboy strikes and does not allows petting at all Try picking cat up: Did not attempt Behavior Determination: NewHope Amboy was brought to the care center as a stray so we don’t have any behavioral history or tendencies previous to what seeing during the evaluation. She seems to not be thriving in this environment and at the time of the assessment she was displaying behaviors that preclude placement in the adoptions room. Amboy may require further investigation before placement in a home. She is extremely fearful and currently does not tolerate petting or handling. The behavior department feels that placement with a New Hope Partner is the best option at this time.
