***SAFE 07/20/16*** GOOD WITH KIDS-SPAYED-AVERAGE RATING. Meet ALYSSA, a gorgeous 9-year-old family pet whose “family” didn’t seem to realize that cats have an amazing, mystical superpower! What superpower is that, you ask?! It’s this: Cats are able to cross state lines with their family members, when their family members are moving into a new house!! That’s right, ALYSSA was left to die at the ACC because the people she loves in this world, decided to move out of state and also decided not to take her with. It’s utterly ridiculous, of course, and it’s also a horrible thing to teach kids—that it’s okay to dump pets at the shelter rather than keep the entire family together. Make sure ALYSSA is not killed by the ACC on this night with almost 50 cats slated to die. Advocate strongly for her, right now!
