ALEX – A1079584
Gone - 7-20-2016 Brooklyn
**GONE 07/20/16** HOARDED, then taken to the ACC, tonight’s crowded At-Risk List contains four of seven cats who used to be owned by someone who just couldn’t say “no” to one more cat. Please read their biographies carefully, because CASEY, BOBBI, ALEX and GINA each have a unique story. GINA and BOBBY are making their first appearance on the At-Risk List tonight, and there is NO guarantee they will get second chances; BOBBI and ALEX are both FIV POSITIVE. Please don’t let these good cats be killed after humans have done such a crappy job of caring for them! All four cats need FOSTER/ADOPTIVE heroes to step up for them, tonight!

07/05/2016 BEHAVIOR EVALUATION – EXPNOCHILD
Exam Type BEHAVIOR
Reaction to assessor: Alex was hiding when I approached the cage When spoken quietly: Alex continues to hide Reaction to door cage opening: Alex remains motionless Reaction to touch: Alex becomes very tense and uncomfortable when touched Try picking cat up: Did not attempt Behavior Determination: Experience No Child Alex was brought to the care center as a stray so we don’t have any behavioral history or tendencies previous to what we are seeing during the evaluation. At the time of the assessment he was displaying fearful behavior; does not seek attention from the assessor and becomes alert when the kennel was open. Remains motionless as I started to get closer. I was able to pet him and interact with him in a limited way. We recommend that this cat go to a home with experienced cat parents with no children.
