12/06/16 11:18 Basic Info: Alec A1098847 is a young brown tabby male DSH kitten who was born at home & is being surrendered along with his mom Ariella A1098843 & siblings: Araya A1098844, Artem A1098846 & Adam A1098844 due to them being destructive, the owner not knowing Ariella would have kittens and their landlord complaining. They haven’t been seen by a veterinarian and currently have no known health issues/injuries. Socialization: Alec hasn’t been around strangers or other animals besides his mom and siblings which he was gentle, relaxed, playful & affectionate with and the three children ages 4yrs, 7yrs & 10yrs old. Alec hasn’t bitten/scratched any person or animal. Behavior: Alec isn’t bothered by the following: being picked up/held or with being placed into a carrier. He hasn’t had his nails trimmed, been brushed/bathed nor has he been disturbed while sleeping/resting. For a New Family to Know: Alec is described as friendly, playful & active with a medium-high activity level. He enjoys playing with items he finds and is an indoor cat that sleeps around the home. Alec eats dry Friskies 1-3x a day. He is uncovered litter box trained with clumping litter within. Alec doesn’t have a scratching post or toys and scratches on furniture in the home. Intake Behavior: Alec allowed all handling. He allowed to be scanned (-), collared and taken pictures of. Alec didn’t seem to mind being picked up/held and was placed into a kennel with ease.

Alec former owner stated he hasn’t been around strangers or other animals besides his mom and siblings which she was gentle, relaxed, playful & affectionate with and the three children ages 4yrs, 7yrs & 10yrs old. Also, described as friendly, playful & active with a medium-high activity level. Reaction to assessor: Alec immediately comes soliciting at the front of the cage. Reaction to door opening: Alec remains standing at the front of the cage, relaxed body posture, soliciting attention. Reaction to touch: Alec head-butts the assessor’s hand and appreciates petting on the head and body. Reaction to Being Picked up: Allows the pickup and remains calm. Placement determination: Beginner Alec interacts with the Assessor, solicits attention, is easy to handle and tolerates all petting. This cat can go to a beginner home.
