ENRICHMENT:

Lying in kennel with relaxed body. Slow blinks when spoken to and stretches. Licks lips when approached but leans head into hand for petting. With continued petting on head he begins to knead the air in front of him and rolls over onto his side. His eyes are closed and he licks his lips occasionally. A little wary at first but warms up quickly and allows all petting.

Lying in kennel on his side with a relaxed body and soft eyes. Slow blinks and kneads the air when spoken to, running his face against the kennel. Rubs head against hand when I open the kennel door, pushing my hand hard with his head. Looks outside door into hall whenever someone passes by. Leans into petting along head and body with a raised tail, licking lips on occasion. Doing well!
04/13/17
Lying relaxed in front of kennel. Looks at me with soft eyes and begins to knead the floor when spoken to. He approaches me when I open the kennel door and leans into my hand, allowing me to pet him along his whole body – tail quivering. Doing great! Ok to take off socialization list.
