EENT: Eyes clear, ears clean, no nasal or ocular discharge noted
Oral Exam:mm pk, tacky; CRT <2 sec; moderate tartar and staining
PLN: No enlargements noted
H/L: NSR, NMA, CRT < 2, Lungs clear, eupnic
ABD: tense but nonpainful, no palpable abnormalities
U/G: female intact; large ulcerated mammary gland tumor associated with middle gland on R chain
MSI:
-reluctant to walk due to timid behavior but appears ambulatory with no obvious lameness
-coat appears slightly dull, unthrifty
-dried serosanguinous discharge on RF paw, suspect due to sitting with paw underneath MGT
CNS: Mentation appropriate – no signs of neurologic abnormalities
Rectal:grossly normal

1. Ulcerated mammary gland tumor
Prognosis:poor
Plan:
-simbadol 0.3 ml SQ SID x 3 days
-onsior 0.24 ml SQ SID x 3 days
-convenia 0.3 ml SQ
–recommend euthanasia at the end of hold due to poor prognosis associated with feline mammary gland tumors
