SAFE 6/26/18 Alba was brought to the center as a stray along with her six kittens. The client stated that his mom used to fed the mom and bottle fed the kittens.

Alba was brought to the center as a stray along with her six kittens. The client stated that his mom used to fed the mom and bottle fed the kittens.

Behavior Notes:

Behavior during intake: The counselor was unable handle Alba due to hissing and growling while inside the carrier.
ENRICHMENT NOTES:
06/18/18
Lying down by the back, looking out with dilated eyes. Ears tilt when spoken to and she becomes alert when door opens, but she leans forward to sniff hand. She shifts away to avoid petting, but allows gentle petting with a very slow approach and is very tense.Â

Very active kitten, interacting with siblings and exploring around kennel. Comes to the front and is curious of me, sniffing around, but retreats when door opens and focuses on my hand. Hesitant, but allows petting and starts to warm up. Loves tuna! Will angrily nom nom and compete with siblings for more. Will approach me and bat my hand for more.Â
