Medical Summary scan negative intact female weight: 2.8lbs Approx. 8 mos. based on dentition eyes had yellow occular discharge with some redness around her eyes clean ears – em negative slightly dirty coat – flea negative clean teeth – fractured upper canine teeth Approximately 5-7% dehydrated – prolonged skin tenting. mm = pink/moist underweight ate kitten soft food well overall body condition is good very sweet and affectionate little girl – easy to handle – head butting and purring throughout her exam BAR NOSF Start 50 ml LRS SQ once recheck appetite tomorrow – consider adding half dose buprenex in case teeth painful
