MSI: Ambulatory x 4, skin free of parasites, no masses noted, missing fur on right digit 5
CNS: mentation appropriate – no signs of neurologic abnormalities
Assessment: Underage, URI, conjunctivitis, alopecia – woods lamp neg
Plan: Rec doxycycline 0.2ml PO q24 x 10 days, erythromycin OU q12 x 10 days.
