Medical Summary 12/7/16 Sex: Female Scan: Negative Estimated age: 1-4 years Fleas: Small amount of flea dirt. S: Allowed facial and oral exam, but when abdomen was palpated, pt became extremely agitated, and growled, hissed and tried to bite. Pt jumped off exam table and paced the room slowly and deliberately to look for a hiding spot. Had to be netted for remainder of exam. O: BAR-H, BCS 6/9, MMs pink and moist EENT: No discharge OU, AU, nose. Clean teeth. PLNs: Not enlarged. H/L: NSR, NMA. Eupnic, quiet lung sounds. Abd: Tense. No masses palpated M/S/I: Amb x4. No skin lesions noted. UG: Female A: Apparently healthy cat Short-term prognosis: Good 1088
